3-9 November 2014 | Minsk Region, Belarus
Training Course is aimed at support of youth workers and youth leaders on the key topics of activities, rural and urban volunteering, the Erasmus+ programme, co-operation, communication and promotion of non-formal events.
The overall aim of the Project is developing competences of youth workers for better recognition and further cooperation with local authorities and private sector through the promotion of volunteer initiatives in solving local community problems.
Also the project has the following objectives for youth NGOs involved in the project:
• to promote equality and solidarity among different cultures of stakeholders in the civil society dialogue in EU and non-EU countries,
• To plan common projects on the regional and international levels.
• To develop entrepreneurship potential in non-profit project management
• to promote non-formal education among people of various age in the field of volunteering as a key tool for developing interpersonal, social and civic competence,
• Developing tools for volunteer experience recognition,
The project also contributes to developing the quality of support systems for youth activities and the capabilities of civil society organisations and the civil dialogue process with local authorities and business structures.
Through the methods of non-formal education trainnes will be able to get new skills and knowledge that can help them in planning their local initiatives, monitoring and evaluating the whole project circle. They will also have an opportunity for shaping their opinion on their own culture and local community but also on the culture expression of various people that will help them in developing their cultural awareness and promoting their cultural expression.

Travel is covered in accordance to the following Erasmus+ limitations:
Italy: for up to 275 Euro
Estonia: for up to 275 Euro
Ireland: for up to 360 Euro
UK: for up to 360 Euro
There is a participation fee of 30 euro.
