Sustainable Scheduling - FREE online event

E-learning

5 February 2021 | Online, Netherlands

Give time-management a new perspective! Let's talk about needs, sustainability, culture, and love when it comes to TIME! 7 golden principles are presented to you in a 40 minutes webinar with Joanna Nikolova (Cultural Anthropologist and Youth Worker)

How does time management sound to you?  So many things to do and only 24 hours today?

As entrepreneurs, we were struggling a lot to find the balance between work and friends, time for self-care and deadlines. There was always something out of the to-do list because the time is never enough and usually it was something that brings joy and pleasure!

Join us on the 5th of February and we will share our 7 GOLDEN TIME MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES!

We will also speak about time and culture and what is holding me back when it comes to time?

And as you may guess, it will be a lot about sustainability, balance and self-love!  There is a way out of the burnout and we can't wait to tell you more about the system that made our lives so much better!

We will also love to hear how you deal with time and what is your BURNOUT TOOLKIT!

Environ.Mental (Others)

ENVIRON.MENTAL is born out of the idea that as a human being I reflect the world outside and the world outside reflects me.

I transform the environment by healing first my inner world. And by making small changes in my environment, I heal my inner world.

The process of healing is not an indicator of a disease or a diagnose. "To heal" comes from the root "kailo" that means "whole". Mental Health supports me to connect with my wholeness.

We use the metaphor of a coffee bean. The coffee could be experienced in so many ways: ristretto, cappuccino, latte, coffee cream even. It could experience itself in so many different ways. And before this, it had been a coffee bean, part of a plant somewhere under the Sun.

As a human being, I do the same. I have so many different social roles and identities, that sometimes I am lost in them. Who am I? Where do I belong?
