STEP - Online Training Course

Objectives

• Better understanding yourself and the ways you operate

• Connecting with yourself and others

• Identifying values and goals

The philosophy of the training is based on the concept that an individual should have the ability to first support himself/herself in growing, in order to then intentionally provide such support to others. Being designed for (and from) youth workers and civil society actors, the training aims to enhance their personal development competences in the scope of transferring such competences to their target groups.

Background 

STEP is the updated version of the training course that took place in Trikala, Greece in 2023. One year later, STEP comes back to give the floor to more people to do a "step" towards a life as they want to have it.

6 sessions (on weekends):

February 1st, 2nd, 8th, 9th 15th & 16th

11:00 to 13:00 CET (Central European Time)

While filling in the application form, you will find out that you will need a commitment letter from a supervisor of the organisation you work or volunteer at. If you are a solo, then mention this information instead of the commitment letter.
