Step – Offering effective support through self-development (Online)

Training Course

14-30 May 2025 | Online, Greece

• Are you searching for ways to get out of your routine? • Have you wondered how you would like your days to be? • What about the relationships with the people around you and with yourself? If you would like to find out, then take the STEP!

Note for applicants of the first version:

The first version of this training course was supposed to be in February but it got postponed for May (current version). In case you applied for the training in February, you will need to re-apply for May, as there will be a new selection process.

Objectives

• Better understanding yourself and the ways you operate

• Connecting with yourself and others

• Identifying values and goals

The philosophy of the training is based on the concept that an individual should have the ability to first support himself/herself in growing, in order to then intentionally provide such support to others. Being designed for (and from) youth workers and civil society actors, the training aims to enhance their personal development competences in the scope of transferring such competences to their target groups.

Background

STEP is the updated version of the training course that took place in Trikala, Greece in 2023. One year later, STEP comes back to give the floor to more people to do a "step" towards a life as they want to have it.

6 sessions:

May 14th, 16th, 21st, 23rd, 28th & 30th

18.00 – 20.00 CET (Central European Time)
