Stand Up! Stop Hate!

Training Course

15-24 January 2024 | Pińczów, Poland

This training course is dedictated to youth workers, teachers, trainers who would love to learn how to implement and adapt non formal eduaction methods in regards of discrimination and stereotypes.

This comprehensive training course caters to a diverse audience, including youth workers, teachers, trainers, and volunteers in non-profit organizations dedicated to youth. Whether you're an experienced youth worker, new to the field, or a teacher looking to enhance your skills, this program is designed for you.

Throughout the course, our objectives are to:

  • Provide participants with a deep understanding of the role, importance, and possibilities of non-formal education (NFE) methods in youth work, specifically through the lens of innovative methods in promoting social equality.
  • Enhance participants' competencies by exploring the meanings, roles, and complementarities of different educational approaches and methods (formal, non-formal, informal). Through practical application, participants will implement non-formal and drama methods to address gender issues.
  • Familiarize participants with the principles of NFE and their impact on program building. The training will offer opportunities to experience and reflect on the power of non-formal education and drama, particularly in the context of discrimination and stereotypes.

Led by two experienced trainers with a background in both youth work and Erasmus+ projects, the training will be exclusively based on non-formal education and drama methods. This approach aims to help participants achieve their objectives, improve their youth work practices, and inspire them to integrate more innovative methods into their work. Join us for an enriching experience that combines theory with hands-on application, empowering you to make a lasting impact in your youth work endeavors.
