Join our seminar in Spain (April 2025) to enhance youth work quality in green, digital, and social fields. Share best practices, explore quality standards, and collaborate on innovative approaches with professionals across Europe!

Join us in Benalmádena, Spain, from April 25–30, 2025, for a seminar designed to enhance the quality and impact of youth work across Europe. This activity is specifically tailored for professionals and practitioners in the field of non-formal learning and youth work, who are part of an NGO established in an Erasmus+ Programme Country.

Objectives:

  • Equip participants with tools to apply quality standards (EQYP and Erasmus+ frameworks) in their youth work.
  • Facilitate the exchange of best practices in green, social, and digital fields.
  • Foster collaboration among participants to develop innovative follow-up projects aligned with European priorities.

Target Group

  • Youth workers, educators, and trainers actively involved in non-formal education.
  • Participants must represent a NGO, and the organization must be willing to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for participation and follow-up activities.
  • 18+ years old and able to engage in follow-up activities.
  • Conversational level of English.

We strongly encourage participation from individuals with fewer opportunities to promote inclusivity and diversity.

Practical Information:

  • Travel costs and accommodation are covered according to Erasmus+ guidelines.
  • Selected participants must attend the full program and actively contribute to discussions and activities.
  • NGOs represented by participants must agree to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to formalize their commitment to the project and its outcomes.

Participation fee

There is no participation fee for this project.

Accommodation and food

Costs for accommodation and food are covered according to Erasmus+ guidelines.

 

Travel reimbursement

Travel costs will be reimbursed within 2 months after the S, based on the dissemination, the reimbursement form filled with the travelling arrangements and the travel documents (tickets , boarding passes, invoices).
