In a rapidly changing labour market, women face unique challenges in sustaining their careers. Whether due to age, economic shifts, or external circumstances like the COVID-19 pandemic, many women find themselves needing to restart their careers. This event empowers women to take control of their professional journeys, focusing on their passions, talents, and aspirations.
We are excited to invite you to the online event of the "RE-START YOUR CAREER" project. This event will introduce you to our innovative programs designed to support women in rediscovering their professional identities and achieving their career goals.
Event Highlights:
*A unique opportunity to participate in selected activities from the "RE-START YOUR CAREER" program. Engage directly with our tools and techniques, designed to empower and inspire women to rediscover their professional paths.
*Presentation of the "11+1 RE-START YOUR CAREER ONLINE PROGRAMME": Our diverse results are tailored for women who have lost their jobs or been downscaled due to the pandemic and women with fewer opportunities. This program aims to equip participants with new skills and a positive mindset to restart their careers.
*Career Coaching for Adult Educators: Discover our coaching program designed to enhance the skills of adult educators in providing One2One support and professional development coaching to women.
*Unveiling of Project Results: Get an insider's look at our project's outcomes, including the online training course, educator coaching improvements, escape room, social media, and the comprehensive booklet on coaching for professional development.
*Building an Online Community: Join us in creating a supportive online network of women and educators to foster career growth and empowerment.
The event will take place through Zoom on 16 September 2024 from 18:30-20:00 CET. Please complete the registration form by 12 September 2024. Registrants will receive the link to join the online event closer to the date.
