Pathways to Resilience in Youth Work

Training Course

25-31 July 2024 | Emen village, near Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria

We will explore the topic of resilience and how to create sustainable source of power within ourselves.

Reality is not always as favourable as we would like it to be, and there are moments when we have to face challenges that sometimes might seem too overwhelming and impossible to handle. This is how we came across the Resilience topic and we figured out that by taking care of its five pillars (Self-awareness, Mindfulness, Self-care, Positive Relationships, and Purpose) we can reach the goals mentioned above and create and feed a sustainable source of power within ourselves that will enable us to face the challenges in our personal and professional life. Moreover, we would like to explore how this knowledge, skills, and attitudes could be incorporated in our activities with young people and how they can become an inseparable part of everything we do.

Welcome to Pathways to Resilience in Youth Work!
