Partnership Building Activity on Inclusion

Partnership-building Activity

26-30 May 2025 | Kamena Vourla, Greece

Are you looking for partners to develop future KA153-YOUTH projects? Join us for the Partnership Building Activity (PBA) on Inclusion in Kamena Vourla, Greece, and connect with organisations and professionals working in the field of social inclusion.

Aim

The Partnership Building Activity (PBA) on Inclusion aims to connect organisations and professionals working in the field of youth inclusion to develop new Erasmus+ KA153-YOUTH mobility projects. This event will provide participants with strategic insights, practical tools, and networking opportunities to create high-quality inclusive projects.

Objectives

By the end of the PBA, participants will:

  • Understand the Erasmus+/Youth Programme and funding opportunities for KA153-YOUTH projects.
  • Gain practical tools for designing inclusive mobility activities.
  • Learn how to measure impact and ensure sustainability in inclusion projects.
  • Work collaboratively to develop and refine project ideas.
  • Establish new international partnerships for future KA153-YOUTH projects.

Target Group

We are looking for:

  • Youth workers, project coordinators, and NGO representatives active in youth mobility and inclusion.
  • Representatives of organisations* seeking partners for KA153-YOUTH projects
  • Representatives of organisations* committed to developing and submitting a KA153-YOUTH mobility project after the event.

Priority will be given to applicants who demonstrate a strong interest in forming new collaborations and implementing inclusion-focused youth projects.

Important to know

  • The working language will be (international) English. Your English does not have to be perfect, but you need to be able to follow presentations and have discussions in English.
  • Both the venue and the hotel are accessible to people with disabilities.
  • You will be by default accommodated in twin rooms (a great opportunity to get to know a colleague youth worker better), but if you have a specific reason to have a single room, we can cater for that.

How to apply

  • Apply via the Apply Now button on this page
  • Follow the Erasmus+ Youth Greece Facebook page to be informed of future training courses. Or keep an eye on the European Training Calendar.
