Partnership-building Activity

6-9 October 2025 | Malmö, Sweden

This is a partnership building activity for organisations willing to support volunteers with fewer oppotunities, as support and/or host organisations within European Solidarity Corps volunteering.

The aim of the activity is to create opportunities for Quality Label organisations with host and/or support roles to start qualitative and long-term partnerships within volunteering projects with participants with fewer opportunities.

This activity is focused on inclusion and diversity in European Solidarity Corps. Support organisations working with youngsters with fewer opportunities will meet host organisations that offer conditions and support to volunteers with specific needs and/or fewer opportunities. Host organisations will meet potential partners that support young people with their specific needs and/or fewer opportunities.

You are eligible for this activity if:

  • You are active in an organisation with a Quality Label within European Solidarity Corps;
  • You have active role in the volunteering projects of the organisation, for example as a project coordinator or project leader; work mentor to volunteers; organisation leader;
  • You are involved, or have a strong interest in involving, youngsters with fewer opportunities in the volunteering projects of the organisation you are active in;
  • You are interested in creating partnerships with other organisations with focus on supporting the participation of young people with fewer opportunities.

The objectives of this activity are:

  • To facilitate strong collaborations within volunteering projects
  • To support Quality Label organisations in the creation of tailored-made activities that support participants with fewer opportunities
  • To increase the knowledge on inclusion and diversity among active organisations in European Solidarity Corps.

What can you expect from participating in this activity:

  • You will create partnerships with organisations for volunteering projects involving young people with fewer opportunities;
  • You will exchange experiences and share best practices on volunteering projects involving young people with fewer opportunities;
  • You will learn tools and methods to use on a high-quality volunteering project with focus on inclusion and involving participants with fewer opportunities.

Program details

6th October- Arrivals; Opening of activity at 16.30.

7th October - Getting to know the participating organisations and sharing practices on inclusion in volunteering projects.

8th October - Tailored-made collaborations and partnerships within volunteering projects.

9th October - Final reflections and evaluation. Closing at 12.00. Departures

Composition of the team

The activity is organized and implemented by staff members from the Swedish National Agency. 

Three trainers will hold the activity.

Costs

Participation fee

This project is financed by the participating National Agencies (NAs) of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre (SALTO) to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country.

Accommodation and food

Unless specified otherwise, the hosting NA or SALTO of this offer will organise the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food.

Travel reimbursement

Please contact your NA or SALTO in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA or SALTO again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
