PARTNERSHIP BUILDING ACTIVITY Creating opportunities on inclusion and diversity in ESC projects.

Partnership-building Activity

28 April - 3 May 2025 | Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain, Spain

Plan an ESC project on inclusion and diversity? If you want to organize an ESC project with young people with fewer opportunities related to disabilities, don't miss this opportunity to meet partners like you.

The “Partnership Building Activity: creating opportunities on inclusion in sensory and intellectual disabilities in ESC and E+ projects.” aims to enable people in charge of organisations that work with young people with certain types of disabilities (intellectual, sight, sound…), and whose aim is to eliminate the disadvantages they suffer compared to their peers by promoting inclusion and diversity, to share, exchange and enrich the options of creating projects with partners with similar interests, to improve their capacity to offer solidarity and volunteering projects to young people.

The activity is especially addressed to those newcomer organisations and experienced organizations interested in knowing new partners to learn about the possibilities available to all those young people who see their possibilities diminished due to their specific profile. In a close and real way, they will have the opportunity to create future projects that benefit the young people who approach them in search of mobility opportunities.

These entities, whose daily work is to achieve inclusion and diversity for their young users, are the ones that can develop and offer real options for projects aimed at these young people with fewer opportunities. With this seminar we offer them the platform to be able to carry them out.

The objectives of the PBA are:

- To offer a meeting space for entities that work with young people with intellectual and sensory disabilities.

- To make known the opportunities that the CES and E+ offer to these entities and their young beneficiaries.

- To recognize equity as a tool for inclusion and the financing that the CES and E+ make available.

- To facilitate the creation of a collaboration network between these entities.

- To promote the projects and their quality in which inclusion and diversity are a priority.

- To facilitate the exchange of tools and resources in the field of inclusion to improve the execution and management of projects that involve young people with intellectual and sensory disabilities.
