The aim of this project is to build capacity within 9 partner organizations from 8 European countries to apply an innovative approach for boosting civic and political participation of young people.

The aim of this project is to build capacity within 9 partner organizations from 8 European countries to apply an innovative approach for boosting civic and political participation of young people through introduction of youth workers to polarity thinking and applicable tools catalyzing social progress through leveraging the positive aspects of nonpartisan democratic values at all levels of society.

The project objectives are:

- Improve youth workers' ability to encourage active and meaningful youth participation in civil and political life
- Enhance youth workers' understanding of the complexity of democracy and skills in how to get the positives and avoid the negatives of 10 basic democratic values viewed as polarities to leverage rather than problems to solve
- Enhance the understanding of 34 youth workers from 9 organisations from 8 different countries on how to implement the innovative approach of the Polarities of Democracy theory to bolster inclusive democratic participation among young Europeans.
- Provide theoretical and practical support for organizing bottom-up and top-down youth initiatives through the newly adopted method

Ukraine- 309 EUR
Turkey- 417 EUR (Green Travel)

Romania- 285 EUR (Green Travel)
Serbia- 285 EUR (Green Travel)
Greece- 285 EUR (Green Travel)
