"Managing Diversity for More Inclusive Youth Work in Europe" aims to support 30 youth workers, educators and youth trainers from Erasmus+ Program and Partner countries in development of their diversity management skills and in learning how to implement a culture of diversity in their working environments by increasing diversity-oriented awareness in their work with young people.
This Long Term Training Course has been designed in order to support youth workers, educators and youth trainers to incorporate diversity-awareness and behavior in their work, making sure it exists both in our trainings, projects and initiatives on diversity and in any other project not directly related to the topic.
The Long Term Training Course has the following main objectives:
The Long-Term Training Course consists of 3 phases:
Particicpation in all 3 stages of the project is mandatory.

Armenian Progressive Youth NGO (Youth NGO)
Established in 2009, the Armenian Progressive Youth NGO -APY aims to promote active citizenship and active political and economic participation of young people in civic life. APY has implemented around 300 local, national and transnational projects involving 100.000 young people. The main experience of the organization lies within the areas of education for active citizenship, youth economic empowerment, active participation and civic education. APY is championing for the inclusion of NEET, marginalized youth and rural young people as well as strengthening educational and intercultural exchange between young people across Europe.

The accommodation and food in the Netherlands will be organized at the Olde Vechte in Ommen (website: https://oldevechte.com/) and will be fully covered by the organizers.
