Learning from nature

This training course wants to create a time-space to slow down, to come back to the present moment, to authenticity and to rediscover our own rhythm by listening and observing what is around us and inside us. 

We want to question our relation to learning by opening new gateways through senses, feelings, thoughts, imagination and be inspired by the different processes of nature (the system of resilience, the communication between the trees, the crown shyness, the birds murmuration, the ants & bee hives organization…). 

We want to tune through movement, stillness, contemplation and reflection in nature, to awaken resonance and guidance. We want to open the treasure of natural creativity, with the inner endless source of curiosity and spontaneity, being moved by and with the dynamic of the inner landscape.

By being in long collective immersion we will explore who we are as human beings and how we want to embody it in our daily lives.

During this training course we will:

• investigate your relation to learning and discover the power of non formal education
• dive into to the connection to nature with body-awareness and movement-based explorations
• learn from processes of nature and be inspired from it for your work and your life
• explore your inner landscape through dance, contact-improvisation and somatics practices
• experiment mindfulness in nature and merge into the present moment
• develop  your creativity and your imagination that is inside you through art processes
• awake your inner child to play and opening your curious eyes
• live a community experience with cooperation, sharing and caring
• express yourself with authenticity through reflections times and sharing circles

We will be learning by doing and we will create this experience together. The course will also have a strong component based on the sharing of ideas, opinions, experiences and best practices, so if you join the training, there will be time and space dedicated for your sharings.

Also, bear in mind that previous experiences with dance or mindfulness practices are not needed to attend the training.
