Conference – Symposium - Forum
5-6 March 2025 | Lublin, Poland
What: The Youth Solidarity with Ukraine event in Lublin will be part of the international "Not Easy, But Move" campaign. This youth initiative includes nine monthly events held in nine different EU Member States from March to November 2025, with Lublin as one of the host cities. The campaign will be dedicated to Ukraine, relevance of Ukraine in the European dimension especially in the light of Lviv being the European Youth Capital 2025 and Ukraine's EU accession.
Why: To create an environment for safe and open communication for youth from Ukraine and other EU countries in order to strengthen connections, establish partnerships and promote understanding between young people from different backgrounds and geopolitical contexts that is especially important in the conditions of Russian military aggresion against Ukraine.
Target audience:
- youth leaders, youth workers and youth policy makers from Ukraine and EU countries

Participants from the Programme Countries are requested to contact their National Agency in order to clarify this issue. It will depend on each NA's policy.
The hosting National Agency will organise the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food.
Please contact your National Agency (NA) in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
