International European Solidarity Corps Training for Quality Label Experts (RESIDENTIAL)

Learn more about the Quality Label process and quality standards. The International European Solidarity Corps Training for Quality Label Experts is a long-term training course and starts with an online introduction in June 2025.

Learn more about the Quality Label process and quality standards. This training course is open ONLY for Quality Label experts working in or for a National Agency or Regional SALTO. 

The International European Solidarity Corps Training for Quality Label Experts is a long-term training course and starts with an online introduction in June 2025.  Applicants who have attended the online part will have a priority during the pre-selection. To register for the online introduction phase, please click here.

The course is designed in a way that you can also attend only the residential training but a full coaching experience from our trainers can only be guaranteed for full attendance. 

Timeframe of the FULL training cycle: 

  • 1. ONLINE SESSIONS - from 23-25 June 2025 
  • 2. SELF-ORGANISED learning period - from July to September  
  • 3. RESIDENTIAL training in Vienna 30.9.-2.10.2025 with an informal welcome on the 29.9. 

During this course in Austria, Participants will have opportunities to: 

  • improve the skills and competences necessary for reading and analyzing the Quality Label applications and progress reports 
  • improve competences for writing feedback in the assessment reports (QL application and progress report) 
  • improve communication skills and competences related to on-the-spot visits and monitoring of Quality Labels  
  • looking into and discussing developments of the programme  
  • reflect on the role as a Quality Label expert 
  • review different aspects of QL assessment and share different QL expert realities 
  • Be part of the supportive community of Quality Label experts 

This activity is funded by the European Solidarity Corps Programme.
