International European Solidarity Corps Training for Quality Label Experts - Online introduction phase

Learn more about the Quality Label assessment and monitoring and its quality standards. This training course is open ONLY for Quality Label experts working in or for a National Agency or Regional SALTO.

To allow more Quality Label experts to expand their skills and competencies, you can: 

• register for the online part only,  

or 

• for the full course (I.Online phase + II.Practice phase  + III.Residential training course in Austria). 

Applicants who have attended the online part will have a priority during the selection for the residential part. If you plan to attend the full course, please register also for the training course in Austria here.

Timeframe of the FULL training cycle: 

• 1. ONLINE SESSIONS - from 23.-25 June 2025 
• 2. SELF-ORGANISED learning period - from July to September  
• 3. RESIDENTIAL training in Vienna 30.9.-2.10.2025 with an informal welcome on the 29.9. 

Participants of the online introduction will have opportunity to: 

• reflect on the role as a Quality Label expert 
• explore the topic of AI in the Assessment Process  
• get a better understanding of the assessment process and dive deeper into the tools that can support it (measuring impact, progress report, assessment grids, monitoring visits) 
• review different aspects of the Quality Label assessment and share different QL expert realities and experiences 
• be part of the supporting community of Quality Label experts (Peer-support)
