INSIDEOUT is a 7-day training program organized by MO(ve)MENT, created for youth workers to boost their creative thinking and resilience when working with youth.
This training focuses on the balance between inner and outer worlds. How to meet your true self by tackling outdoor and nature-based elements through experiential learning and challenges from one side, and integrating theatre, dance and art to foster creativity, trust, and communication through playfulness and curiosity.
During the project, participants will engage in a dynamic programe which will include outdoor challenges, ropes courses, movement, dance, contact improvisation and nature based mindfulness practices. The program emphasizes the connection with nature and using it as an inspiration to foster space for personal growth. These activities are designed to cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness, improve physical and emotional resilience, and promote a holistic connection to the natural world.
Throughout this project, we aim to work in improving participant's leadership, communication and facilitation skills, increase their adaptability, and a deeper understanding of making use of nature's elements, outdoor and movement-based methods in their work.
Who can apply?
This training course is created for youth workers, educators, trainers, facilitators or a people working with people, especially youth.
We aim to have 28 participants from 8 countries- Latvia, Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Slovenia, Netherlands, Romania. To fully participate in the prgrame all applicants must have a communicative level of English.
You must be willing to fully commit to the program of the project by actively participating in all of the activities and processes before, during, and after the project. You can expect to have an intensive program of 6-8 hours every day. Coming to the project later or leaving earlier is not allowed.

We offer the opportunity to self-assess your contribution on a sliding scale up to 100€ (to be paid in cash upon arrival).
Considering the participation in all 7 days of activities, please choose an amount that responds to your personal possibilities.
The fee is the only cost.
Depending on the country/distance you will be travelling from, all of your travel costs will be reimbursed up to the maximum allowed amount per participant, according to the rules of the Erasmus+ programme based on distance calculator.
The reimbursement will be made after the training course, atter the participants will provide all the original travelling documents, and completed all the mandatory activities of dissemination and follow-un after the training.
