25-31 August 2023 | Online and Lisbon, Portugal

1 week immersive experience of self exploration and personal development through guided techniques and exercises which you can utilise in your daily life. There will be individual moments, coaching and working in pairs as well as groups.

This course includes: daily challenges to overcome our fears and to reach our potential; in person meeting in Lisbon (for participants based in Lisbon) ; 1:1 coaching; goodle bag; snacks and drink.

You will be able to connect with people, learn more about yourself and have some tools to utlise in your habits. You will dive into your inner thoughts and feelings and share with others. You will touch some personal and vulnerable moments in order to understand yourself better. We believe that health is a component of three aspects: mind, body, soul and in the soul we include emotional state of being. Personal development is constant and change is present in life. So equipping yourself with methods and exercises to regulate emotions and react to situations is the first step to self love and awareness.

This call is targeted to youth workers/leaders/trainers who want to develop their competences to work with and for young people which needs to start from their personal development and they will learn tools to help young people they work with in their daily challenges and to guide them in their personal growth and career path.
