22-30 November 2024 | Tallinn, Estonia

The goal of the “Initiating Change” training course is to establish partnerships between various youth and educational organizations across Europe to develop joint projects in the field of youth work, human rights education, and intercultural interaction.

Our goal -  is to establish partnerships between various youth and educational organizations across Europe to develop joint projects in the field of youth work, human rights education, and intercultural interaction.

Our objectives:

  • Exchange experiences and discuss the current state of human rights and intercultural interaction in the participating countries.
  • Establish new contacts and connections between participants for future joint projects and initiatives.
  • Develop collaborative projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening capacity and promoting human rights education and intercultural learning.
  • Get acquainted with the “Design Sprint” tool for creating new ideas and developing projects, such as youth exchanges, training courses, seminars, and local initiatives.
  • Learn about the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program for youth, youth workers, leaders, and educators.
  • Receive information about other European programs and funds that support educational initiatives in the fields of human rights and intercultural communication.

The course program is intensive and includes 4 sessions daily.

Within the program we will cover the following topics:

  •  Intercultural interaction and education;
  •  Bilateral meetings, networking, and forming new partnerships;
  •  Human rights;
  •  Erasmus+ program;
  •  European YouthPass certificate;
  •  Prototyping your own project;
  •  Advice from practitioners.

Participants will receive a detailed course program by email, if their participation is approved by the project team.

A detailed program can be found at the end of the info-package.

We want to attract Russian-speaking people, people who find it easier to communicate in Russian, and Russian-speaking communities in these countries to introduce them to the Erasmus+ program.
