The Partnership Building Event 2024 will bring togetherpotential and suitable partners for future collaborations and projects.

This gathering aims to create fruitful connections and facilitate new cooperation opportunities that will shape the future. Join us as we embark on a journey of building strong partnerships to drive innovation, growth, and success in the days to come.

We invite representatives from suitable possible partners within European and beyond to participate in this event. This includes NGOs, public institutions, educational and academic institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.

If you are interested in attending the conference, please fill out the registration form and submit it by 20.08.2023. Once your registration is confirmed, based on motivation, you will receive further details, including accommodation options, transportation information, and any additional requirements.

Babilon Travel NGO was established in 2013 with a strong vision of fostering unique perceptions of the world we live in.
The organization's main mission is to promote social inclusion of youngsters with fewer opportunities through non-formal education, intercultural learning, European citizenship, volunteering, sports, and mobility.
Over the years.Babilon Travel NGO has coordinated over 30 local, national, and international projects, most of the in the framework of Erasmus+, focusing on youth and social inclusion.
The Babilon Travel NGO team has grown to over ten dedicated members. most of whom contribute their time on a voluntary basis.
Babilon Travel NGO is committed to the personal and professional development of youth, empowering youth participation. promoting inclusion, and emphasizing environmental sustainability and digital transformation.

Participation fee

No participant fee is required.

Accommodation and food

All costs, including travel expenses, food and
accommodation, are covered by Babilon Travel NGO, according to the Erasmus+ 2023 funding rules.

Travel reimbursement

Travel expensews will be reimbursed according to the Erasmus+ 2023 funding rules and the distance calculator. We expect participants from Europe and Neighboring
countries.
For example, if the straight line distance to
Paralia Katerini, Greece, is between 500 km and 1,999 km, the maximum amount to be reimbursed is 275.00 Euro for standard traveling and 320.00 Euro for green traveling.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
