The training will focus on quality standards and methodologies to guarantee an effective involvement of young people with fewer opportunities and of highly vulnerable young people in Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges.

This Training Course on Inclusion in Youth Mobility projects is a part of Associazione Joint’s Erasmus+ Accreditation strategy. 

The aim is to train ~20 future group leaders how to offer effective support to participants during the pre-departure, implementation and follow-up phases of a youth exchange. 

The training will focus on quality standards and methodologies to guarantee an effective involvement of young people with fewer opportunities and of highly vulnerable young people in Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges. 

OBJECTIVES:

  • Training future group leaders on topics related to inclusion in Erasmus + youth exchanges and about strategies to support and empower participants with fewer opportunities before, during and after a mobility.
  • Offering participants a detailed understanding of their roles and responsibilities as group leaders in a youth exchange, especially in preventing risk situations and ensuring a safer space for learning. 
  • Reaching a common level of knoweldge regarding the impact of Erasmus+ youth exchanges on youth development.

In 2021, we were awarded with an Erasmus+ Accreditation aiming at creating strategies for an effective involvement and inclusion of young people facing fewer opportunities and/or highly vulnerable young people.

Provided by the Erasmus+ co-funding

Travel reimbursement

Travel costs will be reimbursed in the framework of 2024 Erasmus+ distance bands, taking into account also the green travel option:

  • 100-499 km: 211€ (traditional travel); 285€ (green travel)
  • 500-1999km: 309€ (traditional travel); 417€ (green travel)
  • 2000+ km: 395€

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
