A growing body of research show that humour can be an effective tool for building good relationships, reducing tension, and promoting understanding in intercultural dialogue.
“Identities In A Smile” has the objective to help 20 youth workers facilitate the use of humour in intercultural dialogue.
Participants will enhance their cultural sensitivity, being more aware of the nuances and dos and don'ts, related to humour in multicultural contexts.
They will learn to bridge cultural differences and facilitate intercultural dialogue; developing tolerance, critical thinking, creativity and more humour related skills among their target group.
The mobility stage will consist in an Erasmus Plus training course, addressed to 20 youth workers from 8 countries within the Euro-Mediterranean region.
