"Harmony Within: A Journey into Mind, Body and Purpose" is an Erasmus+ mobility project for youth workers, taking place from April 2 to 9, 2025, at Centro Anidra, Borzonasca, Genoa, Italy. The project aims to provide practical tools to promote physical and mental well-being through activities that integrate body movement, breathing techniques, and personal reflection.
Participants will explore disciplines such as yoga, physical theater, breathing techniques, and somatic practices, which are designed to help address daily challenges and improve self-awareness. The goal is to develop skills that support young people in achieving physical, mental, and social well-being.
Who can participate?
The project is open to youth workers aged 18 and above, interested in physical and mental well-being, with a good level of English and motivation to actively participate in all phases of the project.
Logistics and costs:
The project is fully funded by the Erasmus+ program, covering accommodation, meals, and transportation within the reimbursement limits.

The costs are covered by Erasmus+ programme
Italy = 220 €; Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Serbia and Slovenia = 380 €
Participants are required to use GREEN MEANS of transport to reach the destination.
