This webinar addressed to youth workers will explore the concepts of gender and intersectionality and how they affect the experiences of migrant girls.

This  webinar   will explore the concepts of gender and intersectionality and how they affect the experiences of migrant girls. It will also examine the ways in which gender intersects with other identities, such as race, ethnicity, and socioeconomic status, and how this impacts access to resources and opportunities .

This seminar is developed as an activity of the VOC projecth and addressed to youth women link that is closely aligned with the overarching goal of fostering active citizen participation and contribution to the democratic life of the European Union.

The project specifically seeks to facilitating close collaboration between migrant girls and girls from European partner countries, the project aims to promote intercultural understanding and respect, recognizing the value of diverse perspectives.

The training  will generate actionable recommendations for local authorities and EU decision-makers, focusing on the inclusion of young girls with a migratory background in decision-making processes, while emphasizing the critical aspect of intersectionality.
