ERASMUS+ France | Be The Water : Regenerative hydrology for life resilience

Training Course

18-31 May 2025 | Sainte Camelle Ecovillage, France

A project designed for youth workers to promote an ecological and balanced way of life, combining personal transformation with concrete action for a harmonious coexistence with all living beings.

This program brings together six European associations and 30 participants, creating an opportunity to strengthen a network committed to ecological transition. Over 12 days, participants will exchange knowledge and expertise on food autonomy, regenerative hydrology, climate adaptation, and collective well-being. The partners—based in Germany, Spain, France, Portugal, and Romania—are youth workers, eco-community leaders, and territorial development actors, with experience in permaculture, agroecology, and community living.

The project aims to develop a local strategy that can be adapted on a national and European scale, addressing the impacts of climate change on water, food production, and biodiversity. The program blends theory and practice around three main themes: regenerative hydrology, by understanding water cycles and implementing practical water management solutions; permaculture design, to create resilient landscapes; and inner ecology, a personal journey toward embodying the change we wish to see in the world.

The vision is to build a future where environmental, relational, social, and planetary ecology are at the heart of our ways of life.
