Overview
Are you an aspiring youth worker ready to take the first step into international youth work? Join our 7-day Erasmus+ training course designed to equip you with the tools, skills, and confidence to turn your Erasmus+ Youth Exchange idea into reality.

Through action-packed days filled with engaging workshops, practical activities, and proposal writing sessions, you’ll learn how to design and implement impactful youth exchanges while keeping the standards and the core values of the Erasmus+ programme. Step into the facilitator’s role by delivering your own activities and gain hands-on experience that will prepare you to lead international youth projects.

This training isn’t just about learning—it’s about connecting. You’ll meet passionate peers from across Europe, expand your network, and gain new perspectives. You aren’t “too young”—become the international youth worker and facilitator you want to.

What You Will Learn

  • Gain insights into creating impactful youth projects, particularly within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme.
  • Develop your key competences related to designing and implementing non-formal educational  workshops
  • Build confidence in your role as an international youth worker who actively leads new initiatives
  • Creating a network of young international youth workers who develop high-quality Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges for other young people
