Training Course
3-11 September 2023 | Szeged, Hungary
Different generations have different values and they consider important and valuable different things. Elder people feel that they are not respected by young people, while young people feel often discriminated by older people because of their age and lack of experience.
With this project we want youth workers to get together and discuss how to organize activities that bring generations closer. We will focus on how to reduce age-related stereotypes & prejudices, how to develop communication for mutual understanding and respect among generations, and what the are of benefits of intergenerational activities.
The project’s target group is anyone currently involved in working with young people (in any format) or express serious commitment to get involved in the future; from Hungary, Slovakia, Cyprus, Latvia, France, Poland, Greece, Czech Republic, Romania, and Serbia.
