This EGL project LAB focuses on sharing the best practices and enhancing the knowledge about Europe Goes Local, Erasmus+, ESC opportunities and development of collobaraive projects within the region EECA and EU

About the Program
The Project Lab is a unique opportunity designed to bring together experienced EGL mentors, facilitators, and representatives from various municipalities to foster the development of the youth sector. Participants will share knowledge, learn new tools, and explore youth work policies in cooperation with municipal authorities, develop the ideas for the colloborative projects under Erasmus+.

Dates: 25th - 29th August 2024

During these days, you will have the chance to:
- Meet representatives from different municipalities from EECA region and EU.
- Discover potential partners for future projects.
- Develop and refine your project ideas within suitable frameworks.
- Exchange practices and experiences with peers from the European Union and neighboring countries.
- Gain insights into the realities of municipal work and youth policies.
- Network and build closer connections with other participants.
- Immerse yourself in Georgian culture, traditions, and customs.

  • Work on project design in international groups

The following programme is for the EGL mentoring programme participants only 

  • Middle evaluation elements for the participants of the mentoring programme
  • National groups work with their mentors

30th August

  • Departure of the mentees

Costs

Participation fee

This project is financed by the participating National Agencies (NAs) of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre (SALTO) to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country.

 

Accommodation and food

SALTO EECA Resourse Centre and Foundation for the Development of Education System  will organise the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food

Travel reimbursement

Please contact your NA or SALTO in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA or SALTO again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
