Eco-friendly and sustainable practices in educational youth work in Europe

E-learning

26 June 2024 | Online, Germany

The webinar is dedicated to sharing sustainable eco-friendly practices for organising international youth projects (youth exchanges, seminars, trainings etc) and provides space for networking around themes of sustainable youth work.

The webinar aims to contribute to international and local youth work becoming greener and more eco-friendly.

After two years of work dedicated to sustainable practices in youth work, within the frame of the EU-funded project “ECOrasmus”, this webinar offers two distinct opportunities:

  • Get to know resources and concrete practices to make training courses, seminars or youth exchange more environmentally friendly
  • Networking and partnership building around the theme sustainable and green youth work

Using non-formal education, we would like to help the participants to benefit from the webinar by gaining the following:

  • Know-how for making your own (international) youth projects more eco-friendly
  • New applicable green practices and tools
  • New friends and partners for future international educational youth projects
  • New information, skills, ideas, and inspiration for future work

The webinar is designed for young leaders, educators, and youth workers that organise international or local youth projects and wish to improve their eco-friendly practices. A good level of English is required to follow and contribute to the webinar.

The only thing we expect from you if you join us is that you share your own experiences and practices with everyone in the webinar and that you are open to new ideas for sustainable practices in international youth work.

If this interests you and if you are up to the challenge, then apply below until June 19 2024, 23:59 o’clock.
