Do You Know the City You Live In?

Conference – Symposium - Forum

11 October 2023 | SQUARE Brussels Meeting Centre, Belgium - FL

This program will take place at the European Week of Regions and Cities events organized by the European Union. In the program, a presentation will be made on the European Union and UNESCO Project, "Do You Know the City You Live in?".

With the migration from the village to the city, a large population density began to be experienced in the cities, and many people do not know the city they live in with the intensity of city life, and that person may not know that the city they live in creates their life.

The city consists of elements such as sociological groups, institutions, historical artefacts and environment. In these talks, information will be given about the elements that make up a city and how to create green cities.
