E-learning

19 May - 26 June 2022 | Online, Greece

This course delves into the social and emotional skills that sustain positive relationships at different working structures and how to apply them to the modern workplace to create more productive and satisfying experiences at youth work.

Course Introduction

What is emotional intelligence, and why is it important? On this course, you’ll explore how emotional intelligence influences not only our relationships with others but also with ourselves and you will learn about 10 emotional skills that are essential to youth workers/trainers/leaders/mentors so they can apply them in their work with young people and in youth work.
