We all start our life journey with incredible potential, which involves creativity, curiosity and a desire to learn about the world and ourselves in a dynamic way. Yet, our divergent thinking is often narrowed and overshadowed by conventional formal educational practices and the focus on the development of our cognitive skills. Research findings show that our ‘inner creative geniuses’ are reduced drastically as we go through the formal schooling system and by age 25, only 3% think out of the box and think in original ways. The main aim of this training course is to develop the creative competencies (knowledge, skills, and attitudes) of 24 European youth workers to equip them with the tools to enhance the employability of the youth they serve.
This project is design to meet the following objectives:
1. increase knowladge as to what creativity actually is, who is creative (everyone, not just artists), and how to unleash their creative potential for their own professional lives and young peoples’ professional futures.
2. develop skills to overcome fear, embrace creativity, unblock creative potential for professional development, formulate goals for professional future.
3. increase awareness of the importance of creativity for professional future and employability, and recognize that creativity is more than just using the arts.

This project is possible thanks to financial support from the Erasmus+: Youth Programme. Costs of accommodation, food, and activities during the training course will be covered by the project budget.
Travel expenses will be reimbursed at flat rates depending on travel distance:

CROATIA: 275 EURO
GREECE: 275 EURO
PORTUGAL: 360 EURO
SERBIA: 275 EURO
SLOVAKIA: 180 EURO
SPAIN: 360 EURO
THE REPUBLIC OF NORTH MACEDONIA: 275 EURO
Reimbursements will be done by bank transfer, 2 months after the training, when we receive all documents needed to make the reimbursement, including dissemination materials.
