Youth participation is about young people having the right, means, skills, confidence, support, and space to influence decisions and take part in actions that contribute to a more just and equal world. This training course will equip you as a youth worker with more knowledge on the topic of youth participation and provide you with the necessary tools and resources to work with young people in active citizenship and participation.
The overall objectives of the training course are as follow:
Target Group:
This training course is for youth workers who are working on a regular basis with young people 13+.
Arrival and Departure:
We request that all participants are available to arrive at 6 pm on the 4th of October. The departure will be after lunch on 7th October. We expect participants to be available for the whole duration of the training course.
Saftey and Covid-19
In our activities, we support the principle of a safer space, where no one is discriminated against or bullied because of their background or person. We want you to respect the same principle.
We are closely monitoring the situation with Covid-19 and will take all measures necessary for the safety of participants.
