Training courses on the Quality in Partnership for Cooperation helping to transform ideas into quality KA2 projects.

Cross Over is a long-term Training and Cooperation Activity of national agencies of the Erasmus+ Program with the aim of broadening the involvement of organisations in Erasmus+ Partnerships for Cooperation, as well as of improving the quality of project preparation and implementation of Erasmus+ Partnerships for Cooperation focusing on a positive impact on the youth field. This long-term Training and Cooperation Activity consists of a national and transnational phase where in the National phase the participants learn basics of Erasmus+ KA2 project type and develop their project idea, but on the international phase they focus on project quality aspects. The long-term process offers participating organizations a structured, tailor-made support to develop high-quality partnerships for cooperation in the youth field.

Aim and objectives:

The aim is to improve the quality of Erasmus+ KA2 projects – Cooperation for Partnerships.

Objectives:

  • To support participants in developing quality Erasmus+ KA2 projects (Cooperation Partnerships and Small-Scale Partnerships in the field of youth) in an international context;
  • To explore quality criteria in KA2 projects and integrate them in project proposals;
  • To get familiar with some real projects (being) implemented and consult with their project;
  • To create opportunities for participants for sharing good practices and networking;
  • To introduce applicants for the most frequent mistakes that appear in project applications with advice and solutions.

International training is intended for 36 participants from: France, Czech Republic, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Slovakia and Germany.

What do we require from the participant?

  • Clear and realistic project idea for KA2 project in the field of youth you would like to apply in upcoming deadline;
  • Experience in planning realizing and evaluating any projects (not necessarily on the international level);
  • Experience in Erasmus+ programme (not necessary KA2);
  • Have been prepared by their National Agency;
  • Come from one of the following countries that take part in the Cross Over;
  • Are able to work in English;
  • Can take part in the whole duration of the Training Course;
  • Are connected to an organisation/institution/structure that aims to achieve positive impact in the youth field.

Transportation and accommodation:

  • Arrival day is on 25th August. Training program starts on Monday morning (26th August). Arrival to the venue is self-organized - taxi or bus (with a pick-up from Vilkija or Batniava).
  • Departure from the venue will be organized by NA (after breakfast on 30th August).
  • Accommodation is provided with sleeping arrangements of two people per room.

Participation fee

This project is financed by the participating NAs of the Erasmus+ Youth. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your NA to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country.

Accommodation and food

Unless specified otherwise, the hosting NA of this offer will organize the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food.

Travel reimbursement

Your sending National Agency will support your travel costs. After being selected, please contact your NA to learn more about how to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
