Training Course
7 November 2018 - 16 April 2019 | Georgia and, Hungary
The training course involves 24 youth workers and youth educators from 8 different countries aiming at improving the qualification of new peace educators in delivering and evaluating educational programmes on peace education for young people.
The project aims to strengthen the competences of youth workers and youth educators in peace education for young people in order to empower young people to become pro-active agents of peaceful change via local community initiatives addressing societal conflicts.
Youth workers and youth educators will participate in two e-learning modules and two training courses in Georgia and Hungary on conflict transformation, peace education, and training delivery. • To create new educational materials and activities for peace education programmes for young people
• To trigger transnational partnerships on peace education among youth organizations.
This project includes two training courses. The first will be implemented in Georgia (Lagodekhi) on 7-13 November, 2018. The second will be held in Hungary (Budapest) on 10-16 April, 2019. Selected participants should take part in both programme elements as well as in an e-learning programme during the project.
