This Erasmus+ training course is designed for youth workers, educators, trainers, facilitators, and individuals who want to learn and apply non-formal education methods to address discrimination and promote inclusion. The program provides both experienced youth workers and newcomers to non-formal education with practical tools to foster intercultural understanding and social change.
Who Is This Training For ? This course is for individuals who:
No prior experience in non-formal education is required—just a willingness to learn, engage, and apply new approaches.
What to Expect ? Participants will engage in a hands-on and interactive learning experience, including:
By the end of the training, participants will have a strong foundation in non-formal education, as well as practical tools to address discrimination and promote inclusion in their work with youth.

There is no participation fee.
All costs, including accommodation, meals, and travel, are fully covered by the Erasmus+ program. Participants only need to arrange their travel in consultation with the organizers.
