★ WHAT IS THE "MAGIC"? :)★
We see diversity not as a challenge, but as a source for inspiration!
Our definition of "MAGIC": the art of creating special, valued experiences and relationships with and for young people celebrating in all their forms uniqueness, talent and diversity.
We believe that something magical happens, whenever one’s talents and abilities are put into service so that other people can benefit from them.
This is all the more true in the dynamic world we live in today. Many forms of "magic" are made possible by science, technology, connections and inspiration. When people can envision their dreams, understand clearly what is the gift they have and want to share with the world, amazing things can happen!
We want to support youth workers and young people in their communities, so that more people can discover THEIR magic and have a fulfilling and successful path in life.
