We take the selection process very seriously as we would like to form a very diverse and inclusive group, with people who are motivated to share experiences and points of view. The selection process for this PDA will be indeed carried out through a two-step process, that is: the application form and a videocall. Participants who fill in the form and fit in the profile will be invited to a videocall to meet, exchange points of view, etc.
