Trainer´s Skills Workshops are offered twice a year as part of a strategic long term cooperation between NAs and SALTO T&C RC coordinating European training offers for trainers called <Trainer Competence Development> project. The project supports trainers exploring a certain area of trainer work and related competencies of the ETS Competence Model for Trainers. In the context of the project, advanced means that the trainer-learner has the capacity to reflect on their practice as a trainer. This also implies a capacity for [self] assessment.
The 7th edition of the Trainer's Skills Workshop took place in September 2020 online and looked at Coaching in Training Practises. The trainers of the workshop were again Darko Markovic and Laimonas Ragauskas.
The 6th edition of the Trainer's Skills Workshop took place on 10-13 December 2019 in Alcalá de Henares, Spain and explored 'Learning Environments in trainings'. The trainers were Toni Pozo and Monika Kezaite-Jakniuniene.
The 5th edition of the Trainer's Skills Workshop took place on 26 February - 1 March 2019 in Arnhem, Netherlands and looked at "The Art to Reflect - about meaningful reflections in trainings'. The 4th edition of the Trainer's Skills Workshop took place from 22-25 May 2018 in Tallinn, Estonia and focused on Coaching in Training Design. The trainers run the workshop were Darko Markovic and Laimonas Ragauskas. The report can be found soon right hand side.
The 3rd edition of the Trainer´s Skills Workshop took place from 21-24 November 2017 in Dublin, Ireland and focused on Graphic Harvesting. The workshop was implemented by the trainer Nora Furlong (Ireland) and the Graphic Harvester Pierpaolo Baressi (Italy), supported by Gisele Evrard Markovic (SLATO T&C RC). The 2nd edition of the Trainer´s Skills Workshop took place from 5-8 June 2016 in Konstancin-Jeziorna, Poland and focused on the development of trainers knowledge and skills on using IT tools in the youth work field. The trainers run the workshop were Laimonas Ragauskas, Joanna Wrońska and Krzysztof Wiatr. The report can be found right hand side.
The 1st edition of the Trainer´s Skills Workshop took place from 15-18 February 2016 in Vienna, Austria and focused on the development of trainers knowledge and skills on Impact Assessment and Evaluation.
