• Coming Out
  Coming Out generally refers to you telling someone something about your sexual orientation. For many people this can be an anxious, scary, liberating experience.
• Gay Pride (Christopher Street Day)
  On 28 June 1969, the Stonewall Inn (a New York gay bar), was raided (again) by the police. But this time the gay and lesbian community fought back.
